Can you come to my location for detailing?
Absolutely! We are a mobile detailing service, meaning we can perform detailing right on your driveway while you relax at home.
What kind of polish do you use?
We use a variety of polishes and sealants, from P&S Double Black Renny Doyl's Collection. The choice depends on the specific needs of your vehicle. Typically, we use P&S B20 Ultra Coat Polish for most applications.
Do you need access to water and electricity?
As a mobile detailing service, we are equipped with our own water and electricity.
Can this service eliminate scratches and swirl marks from my car's paint?
While polishing can reduce the visibility of light swirls and scratches by filling them in, it doesn't eliminate them permanently. Polishing enhances the gloss and shine of your car's paint by making it smoother and more reflective.
CANCELLATION POLICY DETAILS:
We understand that discussing cancellations may not be the most exciting topic, but it's part of the process! Here's the lowdown: If you need to cancel your appointment (life happens, right?), just give us a heads up at least 72 hours in advance. Our team has families to take care of, and with some notice, we can fill your spot with another eager customer.
Now, here's the important part: If you cancel within that 72-hour window, there will be a $50 fee per vehicle. This fee helps compensate our hard-working team for their lost time. Additionally, if you're not ready when we arrive, there's a $50 late fee.
But let's stay positive! Our detailers will send you a text when they're on their way, so you'll know exactly when to expect us. Let's make this car detailing experience as smooth as possible!
